I have been to two of their brick and mortar stores in UT. Decent shop, Ogden store is much nicer than Kearns. Employees are fine for the most part. I have bought a Benchmade knife, a couple of lowers and some mags there. I have not done any class iii business though.

Impact fucked me hard.
They "forgot" to send the form 3 for 4 months. They overcharged me. They didnt send a piston with the suppressor (that I paid for). They have neither returned my emails or my calls. As far as Im concerned, they are crooks.
