The 90T is a tapered mount. There is a taper just aft of the acme thread. Won't work.

Would be nice if they'd consider a SilencerCo/Gemtech style upgrade where you could pay a little and get an upgraded mounting system. Don't see it happening, but would be cool.
Edit: Actually, on second thought it'd make half a dozen 51t mounts I already have worthless. Nevermind. lol |

Or an insert for the 51t can to mount on a 90t mount. Would probably be cost prohibitive for the company though, as well as add quite a bit of length.
