My guess is yes it will work, I have a 12" larue rail on the 12.5 Noveske barrel and my M4-2000 fits.

I hope I'm wrong too, I bet it will look badass if it does.
My advice was based on looking at my 11.5 sbr w/ m4 handguards and using my tactical tape measure to get an idea of how close the rail would be to the end of the muzzle. Let us know either way and post pics. 
ETA: Also go check out bravocompanyusa.com the have pictures of their ss 11.5" uppers with the LaRue gooseneck rail and It looks like the end of the gooseneck is almost right over top of the base of the flash hider... |

I have an 11.5" BCM upper with 10" larue rail and m4-2000. I'll see if I can get pics, but its an awesome combination. i'm almost certain that the inside diameter of the larue rail is not big enough to recess the can into it and if it were I think tripping the release to get the can off would be a PIA

Just because this is pretty close to what i was planning also on the sbr im waiting on, does this mean that the m4-2000 will work with the 11 inch full rail also, not just the gooseneck?

The Gooseneck is cut higher, I do not think the full rail will work. I did measure and with the Gooseneck you can run a 10.5" barrel and it will fit under the neck.
