I've got a 12.5" barrel for my Ops Inc 16th can (1.5" OD) and I am looking for a FF forearm to allow mounting  the suppressor recessed.  Anyone have any suggestions on the new style of smooth cylinder forearms with optional rails?  I was looking at the Troy TRX Extreme, but I think it's inner diameter is like 1.47", so less than the 1.5" OD of my can.  I'm also looking at the new MI SS-Series, but not a lot of info out there yet.  Also, is a 12" forearm too much for a 12.5" barrel, or should I go 10"?

I may hold out for the MI SS series as they look to be the best mix of function, weight, and price.
