$40 million ??
I do question that number ... I mean, EOtech went to L-3 for just a few bucks more than that, but they had some real-deal contracts inked and in hand. Don't care, just sayin' it sounds a tad high. |

Yep. I knew that would be your biggest issue- the price. It's like trying to sell your old "Classic" car and asking a ton of money. It's only worth what someone will pay. It's unfortunate they and all of their BS was "validated" with that sale price.

Meh, the crypt directly above Marilyn Monroe's just went for $5 million bucks ... ... and we'll likely never know "the real" sale price of a certain muffler maker. 
ETA - David Crane of DefenseReview seems to have " nothing " ETA 2 - If the Cerberus gent is into secrecy, he's not gonna jive with Team " Hey ! Hey ! Hey ! We got a 416 from you-know-who ! ! ! "
