You don't need a .223 can that comes apart for cleaning.  

I think that's the TAC's mainly (read ONLY) selling point.

I see no reason to limit yourself to take apart 9mm and .223 cans.  In fact, I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice by limiting yourself to those choices.   YMMV.

The absolute best .223 cans do NOT come apart for cleaning. I'm not sure about 9mm cans.  

I know my 9mm can does NOT come apart and when Green0 was testing his first 9mm cans, he said it was definitely one of the quieter ones.
