I have both 1/7 and 1/9 barrels, will this stabiles the little .22lr enough?

im thinking the 1/9 should work with the heavier stuff. probably 40gr or the 60gr. to be sure.

I've used that conversion with an 11.5" barrel with a 1/9 twist and it worked fine with and without the suppressor.  I easily got a quarter size group at 25 yards.

I had a 1/9 that put bullets all over the paper at 15yds with 40grain.  Like a four or five inch group.

I would use the Aguila SSS.

The added cost is maybe $10 a brick and it will fly accurate and straight in the 1/7-1/9 barrels

it will actually over stabilize it and may cause problems ( 22Lr is usually 1-14 or  1-16)
shoot it a bit to make sure you get nice round holes before using the can

I thought over-stabilization is impossible?

More likely is the bullet shredding apart from spinning too fast.

I believe  you cannot over stabilize a 22LR to destruction like a center fire  so yes you are  right and I kinda misspoke
but the  few times i have played with 1-7 and 1-9 uppers with conversions they were  inaccurate enough ( like 4-6" @25yds ) that I would be concerned hanging my suppressor on one
