How does an individual take guns out of this country? I have a friend who is an international student who wants to buy a gun so he can take it back to his country (He lives in a country that freely allows guns so thats not a problem) I do know that international students cant have guns unless he have a hunting license or export license to export it... how hard is it to get one? I might think of moving out of the US in the future (I dont know how long will freedom last in the US given 9/11) and I want to know how hard is it to get guns out of this country legally.
