Okay, guys, I am posting this for a PC-challenged FFL. I know nothing about reamers, but he wants to know who makes the best "pilot reamers". I guess he wants some type of reamer with a pilot on the end to guide it. I am totally ignorant of such things, but told him that I would try to find out. Please provide me with a website if possible. Thanks!

Clymer, Forster and Pacific Precision all make quality finish and roughing piloted chamber reamers. There are 2 types of pilots floating and non-floating. Generally non-floating are more accurate as they follow the bore of the barrel without any bearins to worry about being out of spec in the floating type. I have used Clymer, Forster and Pacific Precision and never had any problems. JarheadGunner.
