Are SBR still possible in California???

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Are SBR still possible in California???

I already have preban rifles and registered as AW in this wonderful state

yeah I know.

But is it still possible to get them registered as SBR (short barreled rifles) with the proper forms in this state.????

Sorry if this has been discussed previously.

Sure. It's quite simple. Donate $100,000 to Gray (Red) Davis's re-election campaign. Repeat x3. Then, at one of those $50,000 per plate dinners, get your face-time with him and ask to have your Form 1 approved. It might even happen.
