Go to this web site:

http://www.atigunstocks.com/SKSultrainstr.html

I never had the need to take one apart but after I got a stock for my M44 from this place I saw the instructions on the sks and i had to get mine out just to take it apart. Its actually pretty easy.

A technique I have found effective is to hammer the SKS into the ground, barrel down.  Then, from 10 yds, use 1 round from a Garand to detach the buttstock.
