anyone ever seen one?  i was tempted to buy one once upon a time, price was right...but i'd never heard of them.

now i have another chance, only this time its a registered receiver M-16 built on a Rock Island Armory AR,

anyone know anything/own one etc?

I think Rock island was/is a division of Springfield Armory. They make the military portion of the company.

Yes, they were made by Oly for Springfield Armory long ago.
