Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Defender 90 Pocket Nine??

Does anyone here have a Colt Defender 90 Pocket Nine pistol.  They have one down in the local store in good shape, but want $479 for it.  I don't know anything about this gun or if that is a good price for a used one.  I want it for CCW.

I don't have my price guide with me, but that sounds like a reasonable price.  

Be warned that Colt didn't make many of them before discontinuing them, so parts & mags will be hard to find.

You might be better off with the officers model in .45.

Yepper - have one (in addition to about 40 others  ;-)

Nice weapon - 17 ounces - add a pocket holster and you have a system to fit in your pocket.

Most of the time, I carry a Kimber Ultra Elite but when I can't, the Colt is in the pocket.

That's a reasonable price, BTW.
