Tony Rumore says .338 Lapua. From what I read on ArmaLite's website that's what I gather too. |

Actually I was keying off Tony's post. My information is probably more than six months old but at that time the plan was to ship the .243 and .308 first then the .300 and .338. Probably plans have changed. |

OK, now I'm curious. What is the difference between an AR-10 and the .308 AR-30?

Just about everything. AR10 is an AR10. AR30 is a new bolt gun from ArmaLite. www.armalite.com |

Well, it took some digging, but I finally found the info about the AR-30 on Armalite's web site in a press release. Looks like a nice gun. Anybody know what the nice price will be?

As of this AM - direct from ArmaLite - the very, very first caliber that will ship is the .338 Laupa - followed by the .300 and then the .308. |
