my buddy just purchased a Oly Arms PCR-4
flatop, nice gun but the the handguards rattle.
My 2 Armalites and 1 Bushy never had that.
Its this a common problem?
Can it be fixed

Easy fix
Silicone lube on the delta ring
Spray on bedliner on the back lip of the guards.
