A2 upper is Colt;Bayo lug hacked off;Threaded Bird cage flash suppressor; Hbar 1/7 ; Came across it from a guy getting divorced. Have had it for years. My question is would this be considered post or pre ban configuration? I was under the impression that the upper could not be used with a post ban lower. True or False ?  I was told this year that it is not pre ban config.True or False? Have the feds relaxed their position since the early to mid 90's? Can anyone tell me the value. Any help appreciated.

Your "evil feature" quota is used up by the pistol grip, therefore the flash suppressor (and the threads) make it a preban.

If you silver solder a muzzle brake on the threads, you'd be ok. (Right?)

The law hasn't changed, although it's still set to sunset in 2004.  It won't.

You'd need to HIGH TEMPERATURE soder/weld a compensator on...


The Flash Supressor/threaded barrel makes this pre ban configed

In evcellent shape $300-$350. with bolt and carrier $400 or so.
