Some of you might care, others may care less, but here's the approximate production number of the Tromix toys.  I can get an exact #, but it would take some time to sort through all the sales tickets.

Tromix Lowers - 100 produced.  Serialized from TR-0001 through TR-0100.  About 30 of them were sold to C2's for M16 conversions, so that only leaves about 70 in circulation.  Most were sold as complete lowers assembled with DPMS internals.

i wish i would of gotten around to buying one.  i remeber in town a 50ae upper.  ill have to run by and see if it is there.  it was a year ago so i doubt it.  how much did these run?  oh well.  so what project are ya going to work on now?

This is one of the last uppers out of Tromix. It is a demo, as is the can. GCA makes no warranty on either item. The can is GCA mfg with SDS internals.

10" stainless bull .458 Socom upper with brake AND M60 flash hider, plus suppressor. Comes with chrome M16 carrier (bolt included, but not chrome). Feeds from standard, unaltered M16 mags. Factory ammo available from Corbon. Only subsonic ammo can be used with the can, it cannot take the pressure of the full power load. Suppressor is on form 3.

I need to build me one of those one of these days.  Like you said previously, the look on the faces of the Blackpowder shooters should be priceless.

Tony--this is a bummer.  I have a lower of ours with a 9mm upper and really like it.  I was taken by the quality of the lower.  Good luck in whatever you do.

The muzzle loader was a pain in the ass to build since the octagon barrel blank does not have the bore centered worth a damn.  Dixie Gun works will tell you this before you buy it.  The barrels are about 1.25" across the flats so you can't get an AR-15 barrel nut down from the muzzle.  So, I took the breech end of the barrel and turned it to 1" for about 5" worth on the back end.  Then I slid the barrel nut on from the rear and tig welded a flange around the barrel at about 4" from the back end.  Once this is done, you can never remove the barrel nut.  Chuck it up in the lathe and turn the flange down so you have a nice ring that will sit flush against the upper receiver opening.  Screw down the nut and you're basically done.

For the breech, I just threaded the hole and screwed in a plug with a nipple on it.
