Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need Galil 308 gas port size

I got a new 308 Galil barrel, but it's not drilled of course. Does anyone know what the correct gas port size is? Is it the same size as the 223?

The size can be checked by removing the gas tube and dropping drill bits in the hole.
