I was wondering what was the proper way in changing a flash hider on my Colt Sp1?
I want to change it to the orignal 3 prong and I was wondering if there was a certain way to do so.
Thanks

Heat the flash suppressor with a butane torch on low heat to melt the locktite.  Unscrew.

Shoot, I used a giant crescent wrench no loctite but a lock washer, no heat needed. Now I use the gi multi tool thing, but its been a long time since I've seen them with the 3 prong portion.
