Great question. I assume you are talking about the 4-mag pouch, with the internal strap to help dig out that first (read: most tightly stuck) mag? The only luck I've had is wandering around gun shows picking up the random unit.
Some manufacturer take note: you could sell A LOT of these !! |

I know a surplus shop in Baltimore that has a bunch of them. Though they don't do mail order.
Another options is to use an SKS bandoleer. I got the tip from someone and ran with the idea. It works very well, especially after some upgrades. I see them in eBay all the time too. Usually around $12 each in excellent condition.

i've seen badoliers on ebay 4 and 7 pocket for like $2-3.

Some of the nices mag pouches around are from Galati. Their MP20 is what you want:
http://www.galatiinternational.com/ A black, Cordura-like material, holds six in separate pockets. Velcro flaps. D-rings on all four corners, a padded, adjustable shoulder strap. About $19 now. They also have the MP30, for 30 round mags. I have done business with these people for years. Their products are well made, very reasonably priced, they ship quickly and completely. |
