Just saw where an auction had these for sale for 825.00.  I thought these were in the very high end of the market.  Did not look like a "bare" one to me.  Anyone have any idea why?  I believe someone offered about 450.00

I'd be VERY supicious. Those rifles are no less than $2000. Plus, they're only about a year old. A brand new rifle for $825???? Maybe the owner is an idiot, but I think it smells like a screw job.

depends on the auction, was it an estate sale where they may not of realized what rifle they had. maybe in that area Black rifles are not a popular item at auctions, in some areas people like the high dollar custom shotguns more.
