Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Knight SR-15 Match

I just read an article on this rifle, in G&W for Law Enforcement.  Does anyone know where to get handguards like that?  It has rails on 4 sides, but regular type handguard grips for the first half of the bottom and sides.
