both work just fine trough my bushy but what, exactly is the difference
also I heard something a while ago somthing to the affect that bushies are the only riffles with a true 5.56 chamber

The 5.56 chamber is a touch looser in the throat.  You'll never notice the diff.

Norm is right on!! -- The .223 chamber on my Rem 700 Hvy BBL Var Spec is too tight for 556 mil ammo. --- It will blow primers and you have to open the bolt with a 2x4 (over pressured).--- I have also noticed that when you chamber a 556 round in the Rem 700 and then remove the round without firing it, you can see the land marks on the bullet,(NO bullet jump) it is tight in the bore.---- But I can shoot .223's in the larger chambers of my military rifles with no problems.-----------ALLONS11

I agree wth Norm. I wouldn't ever think twice about it. (Except it gets brought up on discussion boards)

Thanks Allons. Just a sidenote to that. I've seen that kind of variance in purely commercial chamberings too. Especially the Weatherby numbers. You just have to try the ammo in your rifle.
