Just got the 10 Orlites I ordered from Sarco.  Took a couple weeks but seem OK.  They had more sand than a camel toe(real one) in them.  Out of the 10, 4 were in exc shape, 3 were in very good shape and 3 were in good to very good shape.  I cleaned them all up and put armor all on them and they look very nice now.  I checked each for function and all seemed to function good.  They also have a steel wire screen molded into the plastic around the feed lips as the plastic was worn a little on a couple.  I think that is the newer style?
