Well actually I've had it for awhile and its been sitting in the safe waiting to go to a custom shop...................finally picked it up yesterday..........Para P-14.......with custom work by NOVAK's in Parkersburg......man did they do a nice job...........I got a woodie

Congrats!  Good thing your excitement is over a "traditional" handgun as I believe the rules of firearms etiquette indicate it is inappropriate to get a "woodie" over a "plastic" gun . . .

Good for you. I have a P14-45 limited in stainless and it has served me very well. No complaints.

You're right Ranger.........getting a woodie over combat tupperware.....is not only inappropriate.....it will lead to blindness:)

I just got rid of my all metal hunk of junk ( Springfield 1911 Loaded) and will be buying a plastic HK USP Tactical.  I'll be sure to burp the magazine when I put it in. :)
