Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question on manufacturer of AR part

I am looking at buying an AR upper used.  The Bolt carrier is marked  SE  with a box around it.  Any idea who makes it and should I stay away from it or buy it?

Edit: The upper receiver appears to be marked with a P and O seperated by a 1/2".  The barrel is also stamped 5.56.  I beleive this is an Olympic, but not sure.

The bolt carrier is a Smith Enterprises.

Thanks.  The Upper is in an A1 configuration with the round forward assist.  The upper is marked with P and O on the right side of the receiver.  I did some research but can not find any information on who marks there receivers this way.  Any ideas?
