It took about three months for mine back in '97. I don't know what kind of cash you're talking about, but a C&R is only $35.

Eight weeks for me and I screwed up the application and they had to return it to me to do over.

A little under 5 weeks for mine. Just got it about 2 months ago. I heard they were going through quick lately. Not that 5 weeks is quick but in relation to 3 months its outstanding.
