1. What does big Knob under Windage do?  

2. correct me if I'm wrong: the front sight post just moves up & down?  should I even bother with it?

3. if my shots are hitting on the left, should I move the windage to the left?

1. Elevation adjustment

2. Only if you can't zero your rifle

3. Move knob to direction you want shots to go.

4. Didn't you get a manual with your rifle? You need one, for sighting, and teardown/reassembly, and cleaning.
