Anyone seen one? Shot one? Got one? Polymer/stainless 10 round 1911. Any info appreciated.

does it have a bull barrel or match bushing?

I've yet to see or shoot one, but I know that they use a bushing.

Had one briefly - didn't like it.  (POS)

My own fault for buying the "bottom" of someones line when for the same money I could have bought the top or near the top of many other lines.

Guys: My son bought one about 3 months ago and
he loves it. The thing came with several sheets
of custom work performed, one entire sheet was
dedicated to a check off system that Wilson
uses for QC, where the individual that checked
a particular function signs off on it.
It came with a test target, basically one
ragged hole at, I believe was 15 yards.
It comes with a sheet that lists all the
recommended ammo brands and bullet types.
Also which ones to avoid.
I never shot it, but did handle it, and it
felt great, well balanced.
I liked the fact that Wilson is using 10
round mags in it.
He did all the research on buying a .45
1911 style and for 1,000 dollars we decided
this gun cannot be beat.
Another guy that just got out of the Marines
when my son did, bought a Springfield .45
1911 for around 800.00 and there is simply
no comparison between the two.
He is also very fond of his HK USP .40

I would take a good look at Kimber. They have
models that look damn good for around
800 to 1000 dollars.
