Looking in to buying one of these to plink around with.  Thinking of using this model as a .22 lr conversion.  For $599 you can't beat that!  Does anyone have any experience with the X1A model?

It was used, because the New guns were labelled new in the ad and that one wasn't. They sell the uppers new for $350 stripped...

Beagles, are you sure? I saw one on GB for $649 a few weeks ago that was new. I would figure that Kieslers would be less than GB.

I didn't call them or anything but if you look at there ad they have new & Used guns on it. The ones that are new are marked NEW. And that price is really low when those hit the market a while back they sold in the high end like a V-Match.If it was new I'll take one....
With the stripped upper being $350 I just can't see it...

I felt one up at a gun show in RDU North Carolina a few months back and the thing is real front heavy. Plus it has no way to put on a front sight. I guess you could put a red dot on there and .22lr kit and just plink around with it.

uhhhh........ What is it anyway?

It's a Bushmaster Signature series X1A model AR15 .223 Semiautomatic Rifle. Basically the Float tube goes right to the end of the barrel giving the appearance that it is suppressed.
I just think it looks cool as hell!

All of these are from Keisler's originally. From what they told me, Bushmaster makes the upper just for them.

Beagles, just got off the phone with Kieslers.  The guns are new, but they just sold out!
