Marine ETTs were wearing Green MCCUUs out in RC East.  However, they kind of look like a MSOT.

All kinds of wrong, he is a member of the USMC, with a PSL not an SVD and a helmet cover does not a U.S. military man make! Also there is another picture of him in that set somewhere.

Being a former ETT I can tell you he likely borrowed that PSL from the ANA to use the scope for a little scanning or perhaps a little longer range shooting.

The ANA mainly have Arsenal AKs, Romanian PSLs, and alot of used guns from the last 10-20 wars there.
