So I want to upgrade the glass on my Savage 93R-17 because it has the ultra junk Simmons on it. I want to upgrade the rings as well. It has weaver style bases which I can't find replacements for. So I'm looking for some suggestions and I have a little bit of criteria I guess.

The scope must meet the following requirements:
-Adjustable objective or side focus
-At least 10x maximum magnification
-Under or around 5x minimum magnification
-Under or around $500
-1/4 or 1/2 MOA elevation and windage adjustments
-Target knobs are cool...
