Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 10/22 pistol

Im looking for a thread where someone took a virgin 10/22 reciever and made a pistol out of it. I did a search and have come up empty. I believe it was a Volq bare reciever trasnferred as a pistol.

Yeah, Vinnie got it.

I haven't shot the Volquartsen version, but I do have a SBR 10/22 with a folder.  In "pistol" configuration, it is very muzzle-heavy.  It doesn't really balance out very well as a pistol.  

But if you want one, go for it.
