This is a somewhat unique 7.62 nato mil surplus rifle from spain. They have some nice features and they shoot nato ammo. However it seems that you run a risk of kaboom if you shoot 308 commercial loads out of it.

The FR-8 is based on a large-ring 98 Mauser action, and will shoot any ,308 if it is good repair.

The FR-7 , while resembling the FR-8 is another matter.

gunbroker.com is where they pop up from time to time. They are all going to be private or secondhand/consignment sales now, no one is going to be stocking them. Keep an eye out at local gun stores and pawn shops.
