My place was recently overtaken in a small flooding.  I thought that I thoroughly cleaned and oiled all guns, but one has been gaining a bt of rust since then.  It is a Ruger Mini-14, definately not one of my nicer pieces, or one that I care exceptionally much about, but I would still like to keep it and get it back to quality.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to properly handle this problem?  It definately has to be refinished, but who can refinish it properly in order to clean off the old rust and prevent it from rusting again.  Should I go with a Dura-coat, or would black-T be the better protectant?  Any other ideas/suggestions?  The rust isnt BAD but it is definately promient, and not a light pitting.
