My house was invaded by a local gang last night.  A poor decision on my part allowed them in the door.  They have wreaked havoc in my lower level keeping my family up all night.  They have destroyed many household items and eaten me out of house and home.  I'm totally outnumbered here and really don't know what to do.  My guns are up here with me but my ammo is mostly down there with them.

They are an odd lot for sure ranging from 14-17 years of age.

There's the three pysco brothers. They are  known for their quick tempers and emotional outbursts.  Their faraway eyes an obviously inherited trait from the psyco bleach blond mom who openly cheats on their Airforce dad when he's away on duty.

The muscle of the gang is the two good ole boys.  Either one of these two guys are as big as some small compact cars I've seen in Europe.  They are known for riding ATVs, hunting, and even shooting stray dogs for no reason.  

The weirdest of the lot by far is the Gothic kid.  This guy is a freak for sure with one big long band of hair down one side of his face.  He is known for wearing all black and a leather jacket covered in patches from an obscure band he takes pride in that nobody knows of.  That's because they suck.

The nerd boy is the brains of the gang.  He's a 4.0 student that is shoe in for a scholorship for playing tuba.  He's notorious for falling in love with girls that don't even know his name or even that he's alive.  His trade mark is wearing flip flops even in winter.  

Video game kid is the gang leader.  This kid plays violent video games like no one can imagine.  He's unbeatable and even beat the entire game "Gun" in his first setting.  He applies his hideous game tactics to the gangs activities such as "Hide and Beat" where they hide and beat up the seaker from surprise positions and "Night Light Saber Fight" where the gang goes at each other merciessly with lighted plastic swords in the dark.  

I'm half dead having not had a minutes sleep as this gang from hell took over my home.  I'm at a loss on what to do.

My first thought is to research the "Home is my Castle law" in TN.

My second inclination is to ground "The Video Game Kid", my son,  from video games for a while and forbid him to have more than two friends over at a time.

Why didn't you guys warn me about this shit!

What I find funny is all these parents trust me.

Small victory, nerd boy was the first to rise and spent the morning with me.  He's now going to ask his dad if he will allow me to teach him how to shoot after seeing my son's pictures.

They filtered out today in small groups leaving us finally at 5pm to a quiet house again.  Funny how I kept thinking of my parents last night.

Video Game Kid is mine but all of them basically are vid nuts and its what binds together really.  

They ended the night watching movies.  First up was "Dog Soldiers".  I could hear them quizing my boy, "What gun is that?"  "FAL 7.62mm" He answered.  Then I heard, "I'll......"  That's when dad stuck his head downstairs and yelled, "No touching the ammo boxes."

BTW, Just so you know, IMHO, you're fool if you leave guns around these nutcases even though three of them including my son are experienced hunters.  Other than what was on me, every gun in the house was locked up.

There is an easy solution to this problem, and it is inexpensive and works every time.

Simply buy a Yoko Ono recording, preferably an early one.

Playing this at an appropriate sound level will rid your house of unwanted guests quicker than a stink-bomb.

Flash bangs and pepper gas bombs at 3 AM?

The trick is to give them enough "rope" that they have fun and enjoy being kids ... but not enough rope to get themselves in trouble. Sounds like you survived and did well.

Maybe so but a nice tear gas bomb sure would have been fun.
