Sounds like Indian. If the headstamp is OFV-year it is Indian.

they have been putting indian ammo on the australian stripper clips/bandoliers. it is most likely Indian.

It is Indian. Our GM had some a few months ago, and I took a look. They've got more in recently, and it's still the same type of stuff.
