Does anyone have disassembly manual for the Winchester 94. In my manual that came with it--it says that you should basically never disassemble it. I was just wondering in case I ever get it too dirty/ fouled up. Thanks.

I don't have a book, but I do have an AGI video if you want to borrow it.  Otherwise, take out all the screws .

Ugh...I took apart my 94 years ago. It was a bitch to get back together. I'll never do that again. Just make sure you have an extra large "extra parts box".

It's not difficult, but there are some tricks.  A good place to start is a schematic from the Numrich Arms site.

Thankyou for your replies. I will probably never do this unless the gun completely stops working all together.

The only thing worse than taking apart and putting back together again a 94 is doing it to an '86.  Talk about flustering; and I've done several 94s.

Sounds good to me. I never want to have to disassemble it, but just as an added precaution I wanted t oknow how to.
