Didassemble the bolt and clean it thoroughly, inside and out, as well as its' component parts. Might be some gunk intermittantly interfering with the firing pin.
Since the bolt will be disassembled, might as well get a new firing pin and any springs needed. compare the new ones to the old, and see if there are any differences. Install the new ones, and if the problem goes away, toss the old part that was out of spec. Order another, as that might be a part prone to failure. Never hurts to have spare parts.
If problem persists, have headspace checked locally.
I don't know the specifics of your rifle's construction, so I will try to hit all the bases. Use what applies.
If the headspace's ng, then you'll have to have that corrected, either locally of back at Winchester. If you send it to the factory, be sure to tell them of your bad first experience.
Hammer spring might be weak as well. Check that nothing is interfering with the full movement of hammer, if present, and trigger mechanism in general. Make sure that the safety is not malfunctioning and screwing things up.
