Does the ban mean no more sub gun kits. They have no threads or bayo lugs?

I dont think it matters whether it has a bayonet lug or not, this is a ban on "not particularly suitable for sporting purposes" barrels.  whatever that means is not defined therefore it can mean anything.  so who knows, I wouldnt expect them to be coming in after the 1st of 06
