The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban has ZERO effect on the 1989 Bush Executive Order preventing the importation of "non-sporting" rifles.
You'll either have to buy a pre-ban or find a decent parts kit and have it built on an American made reciever with the appropriate US-made parts count. |

Last one i saw at the fun show was about 2400.0 a little to much for me. I dont know if that was a good price or not ,but i am not paying that much.
I would like one myself. |

JieKen carries them, also Vulcans sight has them there about $2000. If you haven't noticed a large portion of the Israeli army uses AR's almost none of their SF use Galils. The Galil has always gotten mixed reveiws on performance in combat. There are plenty of cheaper more effective weapons out there, unless of course
  you want a Galil for novelty or your a history buff.Good luck with it, Matt |

It was funny, I saw a show on the History Channel about the guns of Israel. They didn't mention the M16 once. |

I've shot one of ORFs Galils exactly like the one in the pic above. Simply fantastic work. Smooth, the finish and fit were excellent. Looked like it rolled right off an assembly line. Can't go wrong there. www.ohiorapidfire.com
