It came with 2 springs. What gives? Its just a cheap no-name stock but what are the two springs for?

I dont use any springs in my socks.
 I have no idea why you would have 2 springs, maybe its a spare. |

Mine came with 2 buffer springs too. If you have a locked telestock now, check to make sure you have the same buffer and if so, use the factory spring and buffer instead of the imported junk.
Thats what I'm gonna do. |

The buffer tube is longer on my neutered rifle than the collapsible stock so I dont think the springs and buffer are interchangeable. Am I right?
ETA: OK, I just checked and one spring is definitely heavier. What spring to use for a RRA M4gery 16" barrel is the question. |

If the buffer tube on the locked stock is longer, it's probably an A2 buffer tube, in which case I wouldn't use the spring or buffer in the new telestock.
Your old buffer might work, if it's a "carbine" buffer, but I wouldn't interchange them. Sounds like a potential safety issue. Hopefully some of the guys with more experience with them can chime in. |
