Whatever happened to this gun? I almost never see it anywhere? Did Ruger cancel it already? Does anybody have one or have fired one? If its still availible did anyine ever make a 10 rd mag for it?

I've shot a couple of them.  They reminded me a lot of a scaled-up M1 Carbine.  The ones I shot were pretty accurate at 50 yards, from what I could see.  

I thought it would be a great CQB gun for tactical deer operations.  But most of the bubbas around here insist on buying a "7 Mag" for those 75 yard shots in thick woods.

But Ruger doesn't seem to be selling too many of them.  And I don't think we'll ever see a 10-round mag.

I love mine....shoots fine for what it's designed for.
