So, I bought a Mini 14 ranch stainless version, and i was wondering what addons (folding stock, flash suppresser ect..) that I can add while still being legal in this wonderful state of Cali.

that would be none of the above.  all are a no-no in CA.  the only thing you can do is get a 10 rd mag.

Since 1994 it's been illegal to add the parts you mentioned nationwide. It's called "manufacturing an assault weapon".
