New Colt match, H bar, 1:7 twist, 20 inch barrel. Does anyone see a problem with this load in this rifle ?

That load will probably perform very well in a Colt 1:7 barrel.  I have one and the Sierra 69 gr BTHP (same bullet) absolutely rocks in it.

However, I heard rumors about spotty performance from some lots of the Federal load.  I don't know much more about that.
