Yes, that is a real shotgun. I saw it in a picture from the 2002 SHOT show. Yes, it's made by FN and because of the AWB, if it has the capacity to hold more than 5rds in the tube, it can only be sold LEO. Just like the Benelli M4 super 90.
Edited to add: Never mind, I guess mabye it can be sold to civies. My bad. |

I saw a modification that allowed the use of an AR stock on a shotgun at the last funshow I attended. It didn't really look like a quality piece of hardware, but apparently you can get that stock setup if you really want it.
