I'm looking for an original GI handguard set and buttstock for an M1 Garand.  Anyone know a source for these?

www.boydboys.com although I don't like their stocks. U.S.G.I. stock sets are hard to come by, even harder in good condition. Try the classifieds on Culverswww.jouster.com or www.Battlerifles.com. Orion 7 has them from time to time as does Sarco. Riverbank Armory has them from time to time as well. Then again, there is always ebay. Danish sets are somewhat common lately. Good luck.
