I have a 700 rounds of 7.62 ammo that I have left over after I sold my SKS. I'd like to list it online but how can I ship it?

I beleive that UPS or Fed Ex will but I think they require a contract or something like that.

IIRC, it'll have to go via Ground, and you'll probably end up paying a bunch of hazmat fees.  Might be a good idea to look for a local buyer --maybe someone at the local range?

I've shipped ammo via UPS ground before. No extra charges, they just mark it ORD-M.

Slacker is right.  I just shipped out some ammunition.  I even called UPS and all they had to say was, "send it ground only, and just mark it "ORM-D" inside a square.  ORM-D is the hazmat classification.  No extra fees, no extra problems.  Hope that helps.
