I have one made by Michael's which is a replacement magazine tube cap. It has a swivel stud built into the center of the cap. It came with a sling swivel; it was about $15.00.

The sling mount you are thinking of is made by Wilson Combat. It screws down under the mag cap and the three different versions can put the sling at 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock. Hope that helps
