Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone have any experience with Kalinka scopes?

These are made in Russia, and to read the copy they are really nice.  I looked at their Illuminated Reticle Model:

Does anyone have any opinions or experiences with these?  I realize the Russians aren't as good as the Germans or Austrians with optics, but they've got to be better than the Chinese, right?
